Petitioners seek bail in Ekma P.S. Case No.62 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From the tent house of the petitioners, 76.8 litres of liquor was recovered for that the petitioners are in jail since 18.02.2020. The petitioners have already remained in jail for about three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd
