JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 08.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14641 of 2016 and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Session trail no. 326 of 2016 arising out of A.T.S. P.S.Case No. 02 of 2015, pending in the court of Additional Session Judge-XI, Patna stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
