2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 505/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, all the accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members and snatched Rs.41,000/- from Munchun Singh and also snatched gold from the neck of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned trial Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22824 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 in ABP No.1091 of 2021 vide order dated 20.12.2023 and no specific allegation attributed against the petitioner.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 269 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
