Petitioner along with others armed variously while were travelling with a Swift Dzire Vehicle met with an accident. On arrival of the police, while they were to be shifted to hospital for treatment, petitioner was found in possession of a pistol along with cartridges, which subsequently been traced out to be stolen property from police personnel and for that, case has already been instituted since before. Furthermore, from Para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner happens to be an accused in altogether 12 cases.

Accordingly, for the present, prayer for bail is rejected. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
