Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Though some others are named. Name of the petitioners transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Ram Pravesh Mushar.

Submission is that the petitioners are in custody since 30.08.2017. However, they were never put on TIP nor anything was recovered from their possession. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51375 of 2017 (4) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Itarhi Police Station Case No. 148 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
