Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, on disclosure of co-accused Chandan Paswan, from the house of co-accused Chhotu Yadav two stolen motorcycles were recovered. The petitioner was also there, hence, he was apprehended. The petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2018. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that there is no allegation of recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
