2. In the instant petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondents to grant of benefits to the petitioners considering their case in the light on Resolution of the finance Department Govt. of Bihar, as contained in letter no. 796 dated 2.2.2018."

3. In support of the petition, petitioners submitted representation on 16.02.2018 (Annexure-3). The concerned respondent has not taken decision as to whether the petitioners are entitled to relief sought in the representation read with the relief sought in the present petition.

4. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass speaking order as
