2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bannubagicha P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137, 140(3) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, two persons were kidnapped and were killed.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2025 and the name of the petitioner has come in this case during investigation.

5. Considering the seriousness of the offence and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner.
