The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 288 of 2020 arising out of Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 22 of 2020, dated 09.02.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(A) and 30(D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
On information to the police that the petitioners are manufacturing liquor, the place was raided. The name of the petitioners has been taken by the local persons and the Chowkidar. From the place of raid, 500 litres of half brewed liquor was recovered along with some amount of manufactured liquor.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have not been arrested from the spot nor anything has been recovered from their possession.
Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioners and they being persons of clean antecedents, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of

Case No. 22 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
