2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 154 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons tortured the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is further alleged that the petitioner along with his family members killed the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. As a matter of fact, there is no demand of dowry at all and the victim committed suicide. As per FIR, the petitioner (husband of the deceased) along

They used to torture her for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. They committed murder of the deceased by pressing her neck. It appears that the witnesses in paragraph nos. 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12 of the case diary have fully corroborated the allegation.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I do not think it to be a fit case for bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.
