JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) Date: 09-03-2017 The challenge in the present Letters Patent Appeal is to an order passed by the learned Single Bench on 18.04.2016 challenging the selection process initiated by the advertisement dated 06.02.2011.
2. The all posts, which were advertised stands filled up
Patna High Court LPA No.1179 of 2016 dt.09-03-2017 2/2 and thereafter another advertisement was published on 08.02.2016. In view of the said fact, the selection process initiated by the advertisement in 2011 cannot be made subject matter of challenge as the subsequent selection process has already been initiated.
