The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.12 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 341, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1, 4 and 6 namely, Md. Sahimalik, Md. Ashik Ansari and Md. Sarfaraj.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27646 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far petitioner nos. 1, 4 and 6 namely, Md. Sahimalik, Md. Ashik Ansari and Md. Sarfaraj are concerned.

So far as petitioner nos.2, 3 and 5, namely, Md. Chhotu Malik, Md. Yawar and Md. Sadar Alam are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them. Considering the above, this application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner nos.2, 3 and 5, namely, Md. Chhotu Malik, Md. Yawar and Md. Sadar Alam is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner nos.2, 3 and 5, namely, Md. Chhotu Malik, Md. Yawar and Md. Sadar Alam, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.12 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
