The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 258 of 2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 415, 420, 406, 407, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that forged documents were produced at the entry check point by the driver of the vehicle. The petitioner is the proprietor of Maridian Construction Ltd. India. It is submitted that the petitioner has already paid penalty and in fact the forged documents were creation of the truck driver with collusion with some local persons.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Manoj Kumar be released on bail in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36821 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Mohania P.S. Case No. 258 of 2013, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a further condition that the penalty as demanded by the concerned department has already been paid by the petitioner.
