JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for directing the Respondents particularly Respondent no. 6 Block Development Officer, Gaunaha Block to send the service Book of the Petitioner, to Block Development Officer, Bagaha-1 where the petitioner is at present posted, as several request made by the petitioner, this is the Respondent no. 6 who is not ready to send the same for the cause best known to him."

Patna High Court CWJC No.25096 of 2013(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 The learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to the counter affidavit filed in the present case on behalf of respondent no.6 to submit that the Block Development Officer, Gaunaha, District- West Champaran has already issued the last pay certificate on 29.04.2013 and the service book of the petitioner has already been sent by letter dated 09.12.2013 to the Block Development Officer, Gaunaha, District West Champaran, apart from outstanding salary having been paid to the petitioner, hence it is submitted that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
