The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged by the informant that his sister-in-law Puja Kumar aged ten years who is living at his house for the last six months is missing since 03.11.2014.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that she has not named this petitioner. The specific allegation has been levelled by the victim against wife of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28543 of 2015 (3) dt.01-10-2015 Ramprit and one more lady from village-Jhitkauri. Other coaccused persons have been granted bail by vide Cr.Misc.No.50760 of 2014.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, PASCO, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakara P.S.Case No.525 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
