JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Seven persons encircled the informant Yogendra Sharma along with his brother-in-law Bikash Sharma and further, shot at. At an earlier occasion case of the petitioner, in the aforesaid background found similar to that of co-accused, Dharmendra Kumar Sharma @ Dharmendra Sharma, Arun Kumar Sharma @ Arun Sharma and Vijay Sharma, whose prayer for bail was rejected vide Cr.Misc. No.50315 of 2014, refused to be released on bail. Vide Annexure-3 series it is evident that Vijay Sharma had been released on bail vide Cr.Misc. No.34239 of 2015 while Dharmendra Kumar Sharma @ Dharmendra Sharma

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22541 of 2016 (2) dt.28-06-2016 2/2 under Cr.Misc. No.51548 of 2015 On account thereof, petitioners, Balmiki Sharma and Arbinda Sharma @ Arbind Kumar Sharma @ Arbind Sharma each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3rd , Bhagalpur, in S.T. No.590 of 2015 arising out of Sabour P.S. Case No.277 of 2014.
