Petitioner is accused in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 567 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 332, 427, 504, 307, 353 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 302 of the I.P.C. was added. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the first information report. In the whole case diary, there is no specific material against him. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2018.
