JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.390C/2012 under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioner on the basis of the protest filed by the Complainant. He further submits that the only allegation leveled against the petitioner is that he has not handed over the charge to the next incumbent but in the present case the petitioner has already handed over charge to him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Jai Prakash Sharma @ Jay Prakash Sharma is directed
