Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18277 of 2022(2) dt.18-08-2022 2/2 and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering the fact that the petitioner has completed the work which is clear from annexure-2 series of the bail application and the completion certificate was given by the Assistant Engineer, Sub-Division No.1.
