The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kursela P.S. Case No.78 of 2014 instituted under Sections-457, 323 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the fact that apart from the allegation of the informant no one has seen any other thing. The allegation at best is attempting to outrage the modesty of a lady which is yet to be established.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Md. Jalal shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
