Mr. SRI AJAY KUMAR-1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Bhabua P. S. Case no. 269 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner and other accused is of snatching Rs.50,000/- on the point of pistol. Informant Nafish Ahmad has stated in F.I.R. that after selling his paddy for Rs. 50,000/- in the market he was returning home and on the way when the driver went to drink water, the five accused persons came on bike and surrounded him and snatched the money and local people of market disclosed the name of three accused as Vikas Patel(petitioner) and Kausal Kumar and Golu Patel. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49996 of 2017(3) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 admitted to bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 54758 of 2017 and case of the petitioner is similarly situated to that of accused Kausal Kumar. No incriminating material has been recovered from petitioner nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P. S. Case no. 269 of 2017.
