The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i). For quashing of order dated 18.06.2014 passed by Dy.

Development commissioner Welfare Patna, District-Patna, in Aganwari Appeal No 55/14 whereby appeal of the petitioner was heard under direction/order dated 31.5.2013 passed in Misc Appeal No 108/2-12 whereby, order dated 09.12.2011 passed in Case No 14/2011 has been set aside and directed the collectorPatna to pass a fresh order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16870 of 2014(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 (ii). For direction to respondent authority to re-instate the petitioner on the post where petitioner was working with all consequential benefits.

(iii). For direction to respondent authority to remove Kunti Devi respondent no 8 from her post, because even she is not resident of poshak area for which she is claiming and appointed."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
