JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Khagaul P.S. Case No.04 of 2013 instituted under Sections-341, 509, 504, 506, 294, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code Section-3 (xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of the Court to the fact that he is not named in the F.I.R. by the informant and it is only subsequently in course of investigation the petitioner's name has been added.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Vicky Kumar, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17163 of 2015 (03) dt.11-06-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No.04 of 2013, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
