The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 186/2017 dated 20.06.2017 instituted for the offences under Section 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012.
The petitioner is alleged to have kissed the 10 year old daughter of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is the In-charge Headmaster of a school and only because he had refused to employ the mother of the so-called victim girl as a cook for the Mid Day Meal scheme, he has been made accused in this case. Apart from the family members, it has been submitted, no one else has supported the prosecution version.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Gaya in connection with POCSO Case No. 49/2017, arising out of Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 186/2017.
