The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No.260 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 406, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR reveals that some of the employees of the Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd. got issued insurance policy in the name of fake person.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the policy was taken by some other person and not by the petitioner and he is only nominee and he has not been paid any policy amount up till now and one of the co-accused has been granted regular bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No.260 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that he has to co-operate in the investigation an appear as and when required. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
