JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 The writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Darbhanga, that the claim of the petitioner for payment in terms of revised gratuity on the basis of the recommendation of the 6th Pay Revision Committee needs to be authorised and paid because the said revision is effective and applicable to all such employees who were in employment as of 01.01.2006. Petitioner is retiree of 31.01.2006.
