The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (A) and 35 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 2 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further contended that the petitioner is accused in one another case, i.e., Darigaon P.S. Case No. 435 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 30(A) and 35 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasararm (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 1220 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after her release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of her bail bonds.
