2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate Writs, orders and directions particularly in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 4 to add Khata No. 311 and 411 in land rent receipts issued in the name of Raiyat namely Late Sidhanath Singh father of petitioner and further to show by adding Khata No. 311 and 411 in Jamabandi No. 174/4 in Page No. 267 under Thana No. 186 total area 3 Acre 43 decimal and further to issue land rent receipts in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4197 of 2026(2) dt.07-04-2026 2/2 the name of petitioner by correcting and including Khata No. 311 and 411 total area 3 Acre 36 Decimal in land rent receipt and in Jamabandi also as above Khata No. 311 and 411 have been shown in Case No. 25275/54-55 in the name of petitioner's father Sidh Nath Singh."

3. The case of the petitioner is that the respondent no. 4, the Circle Officer, Sonbhadra (Sona-Bhandra Vanshi) Suryapur, Arwal is not taking the decision with regard to the land in question.

4. Learned State counsel submits that it will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest in accordance with law.

5. Taking into account the submissions of the parties, directing the Circle Officer, Sonbhadra (Sona-Bhandra Vanshi) Suryapur, Arwal, (respondent no.4) to take decision if not taken in next six weeks on the case related to the petitioner in accordance with law.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
