Finding the Court not inclined to grant anticipatory bail in a case of theft of electricity, the offer of the petitioner is that he will pay up for compounding the offence. Learned counsel for the State does not object to the offer.

Let petitioner file an appropriate petition offering to compound the offence and depositing the sum of amount which was the loss caused to the Electric Supply Division, Sakri. Learned counsel for the Holding Company has assured the Court that if the petitioner files an appropriate petition for compounding of the offence, it shall properly and reasonably be considered.
