JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 In this case the bail application of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 were allowed vide Cr. Misc. No. 47978 of 2022 on 09.01.2023. While petitioner no. 1 appeared and is now released on bail, so far as the petitioner no. 2, Rakesh Kumar Yadav @ Rakesh Kumar (Cr. Misc. No. 25368 of 2023) is concerned, a Medical Report has been provided to show that he was ill and as such could not surrender within the time frame. He further submits that for the inconvenience caused, on his own, would like to deposit Rs. 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

Considering the aforesaid fact the Cr. Misc. No. 23568 of 2023 is allowed and the time for surrender is extended

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25368 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 by further four weeks from today subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed to the above extent.
