Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 458, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of entered into the house of the informant and making an attempt to ravish her. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute accusation has been levelled against the petitioners. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the case was registered in 2012, let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23106 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 135 of 2012, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
