Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that in this case allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with bamboo on the head of the informant but now the case has been compromised and compromise petition has been filed in the court below itself, and as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration as the occurrence has taken place at the time of casting the votes. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37305 of 2014 (2) dt.18-03-2015 below and seek regular bail on the basis of compromise petition and the court below is directed to ascertain the genuineness of the compromise petition and if it is found to be genuine, then the petitioner shall be released on bail on execution of bail bonds to its own satisfaction on the same day.
