The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 354-(B), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of house trespass by accused persons wherein informant and his daughter-in-law were abused and assaulted wherein injury was caused by means of lathi and khanti. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. From perusal of the injury report, it appears that the injuries are simple in nature. It is a case and counter case. The matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-4 to the present application.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28436 of 2015 (3) dt.01-10-2015 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S.Case No.244 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
