The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The brother of the deceased Lali Devi stated that Lali Devi was married to Pappu Rai, son of petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2 in the year 2011. His sister got three children out of wedlock, but the accused persons were torturing his sister. On 05.02.2015, the informant got information that his sister was killed and her dead body was disposed of. The petitioners are father-inlaw, mother-in-law, brother-in-law and other in-laws of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28089 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 deceased. No specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture is made against the petitioners.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
