The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 05.02.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22746 of 2019, as the name of petitioner no. 8 was wrongly typed in the writ petition and therefore the same mistake crept in the order which is sought to be modified.

Instead of "Pawan Kumar Pankaj", the name of petitioner no. 8 has been entered as "Pawan Kumar Mandal".

The order stands modified to extent that the name of the petitioner no. 8 be read as "Pawan Kumar Pankaj".

The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
