Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 7/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 341, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant, as a result of which, he sustained injuries.

In the opinion of this Court, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
