Petitioner seeks bail in connection Sherghati P.S. Case no. 67 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2021 and is person with clean antecedent and is a lady and it is alleged that 70 liter country made liquor has been recovered.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts that petitioner is in jail custody since 02.02.2021 and charge sheet has been submitted, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like
