The petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 878 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 234 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.10.2021. Subsequently, the victim girl was recovered and her deposition (Annexure-4) was recorded in which she denied the allegation of her kidnapping and stated her age to be 20 years. It is submitted that petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.01.2021. In view of the deposition of victim girl Raunak Kumari, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged
