The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Roh P.S. Case No. 32/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her husband and other in-laws. Petitioners are maternal uncle and aunt of the husband of the informant. The informant made allegation that while she was living in Sasural, she got pregnant and her pregnancy was aborted by her husband and his maternal aunt (Petitioner no. 1) but the informant did not lodge case and she remained in Sasural. No date of abortion is mentioned in the FIR.

No.27075 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are maternal-uncle and aunt of her husband, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 32/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
