The petitioner seeks bail in Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 504, 385, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per written report there is specific allegation against Tunnu and Shailesh of causing firearm injury to the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with other co-accused persons had caught hold the informant.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Surendra Singh with similar allegation has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 30.11.2018 passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15915 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 in Cr. Misc. 69050 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S.
