Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.183 of 2020 registered for offences

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27518 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/3 under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 354(B), 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, Manoj Ram and Purnvasi Ram @ Saroj Ram. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, Manoj Ram and Purnvasi Ram @ Saroj Ram are concerned.

So far as petitioner nos. 3 to 7, namely, Vikky Ram @ Vikky Kumar, Vikash Ram @ Vikash Kumar, Naju Ram, Butan Ram and Dadan Ram are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them and no injury has been sustained by the informant.

Considering the above, the application on behalf of petitioner nos. 3 to 7, namely, Vikky Ram @ Vikky Kumar, Vikash Ram @ Vikash Kumar, Naju Ram, Butan Ram and Dadan Ram is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 3 to 7, namely, Vikky Ram @ Vikky Kumar, Vikash Ram @ Vikash Kumar, Naju Ram, Butan Ram and Dadan Ram, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27518 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 3/3 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.183 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
