Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 16751 of 2019 which was rejected vide order dated 22.07.2019 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no progress in the case as till today charge has not been framed in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2018.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner.

No.15486 of 2020(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
