The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Town P.S. Case No.182 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ravi Kashyap Mishra. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.27830 of 2021(3) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Town P.S.
