11.02.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner will surrender and pray for regular bail. A final effort will be made for reconciliation before the Court below and the eagerness to resolve the issue shown by the petitioner before this Court will be tested by the court below. If reconciliation is worked out between the parties, not with the object of obtaining bail, then appropriate orders will be passed by the court below subject to outcome of exercise, if the petitioner appears and surrender before the court below by 25th of February, 2015. The police will not take any coercive action against him till the date.

With observation aforesaid, anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above-named, in connection with
