Injured/ informant Md. Jalaluddin Beg and Md. Ishtiyaq get their joint statement to the effect that three motorcycle borne criminals having their face duly covered came and made indiscriminate firing, as a result of which they sustained injury. It has further been incorporated that at that very moment they were closing their shop to leave towards their house. It has also been disclosed that no light was there. After registration of the case investigation proceeded and then, as is evident from Para-23, the I.O. received confidential information from a spy that during day time on account of Jam Babu Mahto, Sunny Mahto, Kamlesh Mahto, Manohar Mahto,

No.15853 of 2020(3) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 Ravindra Mahto alongwith 6-7 unknown persons have an altercation with the local inhabitants and in the aforesaid background their hands during course of commission of occurrence could not be ruled out. The aforesaid version has subsequently been supported by the witness Sohrao Alam (para24), Azharuddin (para-25) and Md. Istiyak (para-30). In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Ravindra Mahto @ Ravindra Kumar @ Rabindra Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram Town P.S.Case No. 764/2019.
