ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2018 in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.11 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 397 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is based on the confessional statement made before the police by one Bhagat Pandit and such statement cannot be used against the petitioner as the same has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. In view of the aforementioned facts and

Case No.11 of 2018.
