It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the lands, belonging to him, have not been mortgaged by him, nor

Patna High Court CWJC No.6942 of 2019(2) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 are subject matter of any proceeding before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, his possession is being unnecessarily disturbed by the authority.

In my view, the petitioner has a remedy under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, which he can avail by making appropriate application, in accordance with law before the concerned Public Grievance Redressal Officer. This application stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.

It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's claim and any observation made in the present order shall not taken to be any expression on the merits of the case.
