This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rampur P.S. Case No.588 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 103(1) & 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

As per the prosecution case, the deceased had committed suicide and the allegation is that the deceased was being pressurized by one Shivam Kumar. The marriage of the petitioner was finalized with the deceased and thereafter on being pressurized by Shivam Kumar, she committed suicide. 4.

The petitioner is an employee of the Central Government working in the Indian Railways. He is in custody since 15.11.2024.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Gaya / concerned Court below, in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.588 of 2024.
