JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners who are the mother-in-law and brother-inlaw of the complainant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general in nature and the husband Mukesh Kumar @Mukesh Kumar Mehta has already been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 21220 of 2016 by this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
