This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur Rangra PS Case No. 229 of 2017 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case, a scuffle had taken place between the parties and the grandfather of the informant sustained injury. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 07.01.2019,

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IIIrd, Naugachia in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) PS Case No. 229 of 2017.
